APPLY NOW!
By fostering a dog, you are enabling City Dogs Rescue to pull a dog from a high kill shelter.

We request you to commit a minimum of two weeks but prefer if you can have the pet through adoption. Many of our dogs are adopted within two months; however, we cannot guarantee this timeline. If you have travel plans, let us know and we can make the appropriate arrangements.

If we don't have a dog available that fits your needs, you can still apply and we will notify you of future opportunities. Sign up below. If you have questions, please email Alissa.

Our foster handbook is located below.
Enter your e-mail address below to sign up for our foster mailing list. We will keep you informed of new foster opportunities.

"The Animals' Savior"
I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter...the cast-offs of human society.
I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal.
And I was angry.
"God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't you do something?"
God was silent for a moment and then He spoke softly.
"I have done something," He replied.
"I created You."
