Foster a Cat

By fostering, you save two lives: you care for a homeless cat while enabling us to save another from an overcrowded shelter, too. All cats need is a soft place to nap, food and water, and a toy or two.

As a foster parent, you provide a home, food, bed and take your foster to vet appointments as needed; we pay for all pre-approved vet care and provide you with a collar and supplies. Important information to know before applying:

Some of our cats, such as kittens under 12 weeks of age, need to be fostered in pairs or into a home with another friendly feline.
We are sorry but we do not allow college undergraduates to foster cats.

All of the cats listed on this page need foster homes and are eligible for adoption at any time.
