Picture
Tristan is a kindhearted Pit Bull Terrier who is so excited to start his second chance at life. This guy almost didn't make it out of the shelter, but a little over six months ago City Dogs Rescue brought the wonderful Tristan to DC and he has been loving every second of city life!
Picture
Tristan's foster has given him the nickname "Mooch" because Tristan is such a sweet and cuddly dog. Every time Tristan meets children on his walks he is sure to say hello to by giving them tons of kisses!  He is very gentle with children because he is always willing to receive attention and pets from anyone who is willing to give it to him! Who wouldn't stop by to give Tristan some love?

Tristan is super laid back and loves an afternoon spent with his people watching TV. Tristan is a huge Netflix buff and will let you choose the show every time. But if you like to get outside Tristan will also gladly join you at the park. Tristan is a quick learner and he has already mastered sit, stay, lay down, jump, come, focus, touch, and turn around. Tristan also likes to play games - he often enjoys playing hide and seek with his treats!

Some of Tristan's favorite things to do are chewing on his bones, playing with his toys, and giving kisses. Tristan is working hard at meeting new doggie friends while on his leash, but he does amazingly when playing with his doggie friends off of his leash while at the dog park. Tristan spends his days at City Dog Daycare and has a blast playing with the other dogs!

Tristan loves exploring and most of all is so happy to have a chance to find his perfect forever home! He has a little extra pep in his step when he explores new places and will make truly the best addition to any family that will give him the love, pets, and cuddles that he deserves and is always willing to return.
